We collect or use the following information from CUSTOMERS for registration, information updates and marketing purposes: 

- Names and contact details  
 

We collect or use the following information for STAFF recruitment purposes: 

- Contact details (eg name, address, telephone number or personal email address)  

- Date of birth  

- National Insurance number  

- Copies of passports or other photo ID  

- Employment history (eg job application, employment references or secondary employment)  

- Education history (eg qualifications)  

- Right to work information  

- Details of any criminal convictions (eg DBS, Access NI or Disclosure Scotland checks)  


We collect or use the following information from STAFF to comply with legal requirements: 

- Identification documents  

- Health and safety information  

- Criminal offence data (including Disclosure Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland checks)  

- Safeguarding information 

- Any other personal information required to comply with legal obligations

How long we keep information:

The directors of InterActing UK consider it prudent to retain CUSTOMER names and contact details, and STAFF employment files and records for a period of 6 years from the date when contracts are completed. Directors review Staff Data and policies annually. Electronic data is deleted, and paper copies are shredded. EU and British Council Project files and archives are incinerated at the end of 6 years.
